Eric is a corporate lawyer with experience in advising and representing clients on various legal matters.
He specializes in banking and finance, intellectual property law, corporate governance, compliance and advisory, employment and labor law, family law and litigation.
He has great understanding and appreciation of the legal and business environment in Uganda and around the world with in depth knowledge in corporate transactions, land transactions, banking and finance among others.
Edgar is a graduate of Kampala International University law school and a holder of a post Graduate diploma in legal practice from Law Development Centre.
